GREASE FITTINGS
● All of our parts had been pre-greased already, no matter greasable or sealed. It means it's need not to grease the parts again, otherwise, the grease will overflow.
● Some of the parts we sell have grease fittings, other parts come factory sealed. This does not affect the performance or quality of the parts. Due to volume of sales we cannot guarantee which type you will receive.
DELIVERY DETAILS
● Monday-Friday(excluding weekend and holidays)tracking number will be provided once items are shipped.
● Normally the package will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
● If don't receive your item within 10 days, pls contact us immediately, we will do our best to press the shipment company to send it fast.

RERURN POLICY
Customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased, plus cost of replacement shipping.
